Packaging for car covers and awnings.

The main task of packaging for auto covers, auto accessories, awnings is the ideal placement of all elements of the kit, exactly repeating the shape. Most often, sets of car covers consist of armrests, headrests and standard seat parts (for 5 seats), so the task of packaging is to withstand heavy weight and have strong handles.

The main criteria for packaging for car covers:

• textured dense material – Oxford, raincoat fabrics, spunbond, square 70-100 g/m2, PVC, square 120, 150 microns;
• fastener in the form of a quality snake type 5-10;
• the package is stitched with strong reinforced threads or monofilament.
• 2 spunbond or webbing handles;
• additional fittings for holding the shape – metal frames or cedar;
• At the request of the Customers, we put various car accessories into the package or attach a sample of the fabric from which the covers are sewn.

Packaging will be customized with a company logo.
